Join Ms. Adrienne and move your body in fun new ways through games, basic stretches, and partner exercises! Designed to help children and their parents/caregivers learn mindfulness activities, useful breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to use in everyday life. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat.
